帕森斯設計學院（Parsons The New School for Design）成立于1896 年，現隸屬于新學校大學，是享譽世界的設計學院，是美國最著名的服裝設計學院。據2015QS世界大學排名，帕森設計學院是位居世界第二全美第一的藝術與設計學院，僅次于倫敦皇家藝術學院。每年學校向世界各地的各大企業輸送畢業生人才，當中不乏赫赫有名的服裝設計師，他們大都擔任大型企業的重要設計職位，并把握著企業產品的設計風向標。
帕森斯設計學院自1970年起便附屬于新學校大學，是全美國第一所設有服裝設計課程的大學，也是私立藝術與設計學院協會（Association of Independent Colleges of Art and Design，簡稱AICAD）的會員之一。帕森設計學院的校園有兩英畝的校地在紐約市第五大道，主要坐落于紐約曼哈頓下城格林威治村，著名的時尚部門則位于市中心的制衣區。

研究生申請
美術碩士（MFA in Fine Arts）為期2年，共需修讀60個學分。該項目學生來自多種專業領域，如油畫藝術、繪畫藝術、雕塑藝術、影像制作、表演、數字媒體、安裝藝術金額攝影藝術。以下基本要求、申請說明均針對美術碩士和攝影藝術碩士（MFA in Photography），無關其它項目。
基本要求
- 語言要求：TOEFL總分不低于92分，IELTS總分不低于7.0分，PTE總分不低于63分，三者均無單項分數要求
- 學位背景要求：正規大學本科畢業并取得學士學位
- GPA：未做要求，通常美國大學研究生院要求申請者本科GPA，尤其是大三和大四GPA不低于3.0，但藝術類項目更注重個人作品質量，對于GPA要求可能有所降低
- GRE：不要求
- 申請時間：僅接受秋季學期入學申請，入學和獎學金建議申請截止日期為1月1日。此日期后，仍將接受申請，直至錄滿為止。注意：攝影藝術碩士僅接受夏季學期入學申請，建議申請截止日期為1月1日*(1)(2)
