運(yùn)營(yíng)管理（Operations）或稱運(yùn)營(yíng)分析、運(yùn)籌學(xué)、運(yùn)籌管理，主要包含運(yùn)營(yíng)分析與運(yùn)營(yíng)管理兩方面的內(nèi)容。前者主要使用數(shù)學(xué)和計(jì)算機(jī)知識(shí)分析商業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)，為商業(yè)決策提供數(shù)學(xué)支持與統(tǒng)計(jì)依據(jù)。后者主要利用運(yùn)營(yíng)分析的結(jié)果，帶領(lǐng)和經(jīng)營(yíng)整個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)。該專業(yè)需要有較強(qiáng)的數(shù)學(xué)分析基礎(chǔ)，一般開設(shè)與研究生階段。
