PCAT，全稱“Pharmacy College Admission Test”，也即美國藥學院入學考試，是進入美國多數大學藥學博士（Pharm.D）項目的必需的考試。*(1)
考試內容
PCAT共分七個部分，包含閱讀、計量、生物、化學和閱讀理解五個選擇題部分，外加兩個寫作部分。整體而言，PCAT考試內容及難易程度均與GRE類似，其專業知識部分相對簡單，約只相當于國內高中到大學之間的水準。國內學生的考試成績主要受限于自身的英語水平，而非專業知識水平。
PCAT考試的選擇題部分的結構如下：

注：除上述五個選擇題部分外，PCAT還另有兩個寫作部分。
考試分數
PCAT每道選擇題都計為10分，選對計10分，選錯計0分，因此每個部分的滿分均為480分，取五項平均值即為最后的總分。此外，PCAT的成績單還會包括一個百分比排名，根據的是一段時間內考生分數，計算出來的排名。

考試報名
PCAT考試只在美國舉辦，欲參加該考試的學生必需身在美國，或以旅游簽證等的身份前往美國參加。盡管有不少美國大學的藥學博士（Pharm.D）項目只向美國公民或永久居民開放，但參加PCAT考試本身并沒有身份限制。報名費為199美元。*(4)
