從面試官的角度看一個失敗的面試案例——

晚上剛陪老板電面了一個中國學生，很遺憾，估計他不能來了。面試前把我緊張得夠嗆，呵呵。不過面試別人總比被人面試容易。

電話前5分鐘，我們分別brain storm了幾個問題，寫在紙上。基本上和25問差不多啦，也實在問不出什么花樣來。

電話接通，先是問些關于research experience的常規問題，答得還可以。但說著說著就我就發現他基本是在讀他的簡歷。在紙上給老板寫：I think he‘s reading. 于是開始試著岔開research, 問了他自我感覺的優缺點，但回答說著說著又回到research上來了。這時老板在紙上寫：YES! 開始繼續引導他轉到個人的自我評價，這回回答開始沒有邏輯了，竟然表現出中國生活不colorful，要在us找colorful的生活這種想法。太糟糕了。之后又問了入我們實驗室的一個經典數字信號處理方面問題，回答一般。

最后老板的總結：

我們要找一個smart的學生，應該有一定的experience, 一定要有研究興趣。

1）這個學生根本沒有回答面試人所問的問題，而是反復說自己準備的東西。電話效果很好的，可以聽到隱約翻紙的聲音。可以感覺到他有電腦在旁邊，似乎查了字典。

2）他竟然表達自己祖國不好這類思想，讓老板很反感。

3）說了我們網絡上的一些東西，可惜還沒說準確。然后說自己對這些都感興趣，有點詭異。

4）并不care他沒答對technical的問題，面試人緊張，這個可以理解。

我覺得大家面試不宜把自己的經歷背得滾瓜爛熟，這樣一旦問到你沒有準備的問題，落差很大。最好把25問的答案做成只含有關鍵詞的摘要，記在紙上，這樣避免卡咳。千萬不要讀，很容易聽出來的。

認真聽對方的問題，聽不懂可以讓對方重復，千萬不要所答非所問，浪費面試時間。一些原則性的問題自己先把握好吧，到底出來為了什么。
