此頁說：Certificate of Finance is required for all international applicants if admitted. Not required at the time of application. 

二問：資金證明到底是何時交？

一、碩士一封推薦信都不是必需的

二、錄取之后交

這兩個都非常好理解：前邊兩次強調(diào)（一次對本土學(xué)生，一次對國際學(xué)生）只有博士需要推薦信，最后列材料的時再強調(diào)要交推薦信，只是沒再列需要推薦信的情況了——因為前邊已經(jīng)強調(diào)過兩次啦，這里只是在強調(diào)要是你材料不齊（包括如果博士沒交推薦信）的話，申請就不算完的。

第二個也是，很清楚就是錄取之后交，第一個也是列材料，但沒說時間，只說這個材料我是需要的。嗯，意思是，我要是錄取了你，你不交資金證明，那這個申請還是沒完成的。
