這類Webinar應該是廣發郵件吧，by invitation而非required？！個人認為不參加不會影響錄取，參加了也不一定提高錄取幾率。

如果有時間還是建議參加，如果是系里主辦的話，可能還會具化到項目學習的細節以及就業前景之類的內容，總之對你來說是有利的。
