材料。3月底收到UCI的免學費錄取，但是要申請CSC，415到了沒有其他選擇就接受了。但是今天又收到UConn 的offer，有GA. 4.26前回復。

給UCI的小秘發visa request form，小秘回復說得等到csc結果出來才能辦I20. csc的結果要5月底出來，也不知道能不能申請的上?，F在來了全獎offer，UCI綜排專排都要比Uconn好，環境也好，畢竟南加州?？墒乾F在完全不知咋辦，如果拒了UConn, 萬一csc沒結果，豈不是失學了。版主大大，給些建議吧，跪謝。

可以跟UCI那邊回復，自己拿到了UConn的全獎，4.26前必須要回復。你想要去UConn，不愿意冒險再等CSC的結果了。然后只能等CSC的結果，如果中了，到時候再申請取消，如果沒中，那就什么也不用做。

光看學校的話，還是更傾向于uci。有沒有拿著UConn的offer去套UCI全獎的可能,uci的offer里就有寫如果拿到其他學校的帶獎offer,學校可以提高funding的數目。

UCI 和UConn在材料專業上比較如何，看專排也是緊緊挨著，排名沒多大差別。如果以后想進國內高校的話，哪個學校在名氣上更占優勢？

UCI這個你可以試一試，綜合名氣是UCI占優，但PhD還主要是看專排看導師的。

For students continuing through the fall 2017, spring 2018 and summer 2018 semesters (August 23, 2017 – August 22, 2018), the graduate assistantship carries a stipend that totals $25,208 for first-year students (and currently is $34,694 for final stage PhD candidates). In addition to this stipend, your assistantship will include a full tuition waiver for the same period valued at $34,762. As with all graduate programs, please note you will be responsible for covering your University student fees estimated at approximately $3,020 per academic year.  The University will also provide an opportunity for you to purchase highly subsidized health insurance. This offer is contingent upon standard federal government I-9 clearance verifying your employment eligibility.

你這個就是graduate assistantship，也就是TA和RA尚不明確。你這個是屬于全獎的，基本你自己只需要出非常少的一部分，第一年有，基本上第二年沒問題的。學校說了這是每學期需要進行“renewal”的，也就是renewable的。

@荏苒柔木　求問版主大大，如果我已經接受了一個學校的offer，I-20已經拿到，簽證在辦理了，還能毀約嗎？今天收到一個很好的學校的offer，不知道該咋辦了

這個offer是帶全獎的offer，還是只是一個沒有獎的AD？如果是前者，那就不要冒毀約的風險了；如果是后者，跟前一所學校聯系一下，委婉說說不去了，簽證不用管，就用原來的I20辦，辦下來了帶上新I20一樣可以出境的，舊I20就給原來的學校寄回去。實在不放心，可以問一些新學校的國際學生辦公室。

接受了全獎offer再反悔可真不好。理論上，415前后都受415協議約束的，不過事實上，你真要反悔，誰也攔不住你。
