    你是不是沒有“Assigned”？,剛剛親測是可以的，Advisor郵箱中收到的郵件如下：

    Dear XX XX, 

    Each year, over 800,000 students use the Common Application to pursue their dream of attending college. Yang Yueguang has asked for your assistance with their college application.

    Letters of recommendation, academic evaluations, profiles, and other supporting documents play an important role in the admission process. As an Academic Evaluator, you can provide insights about students such as their strengths, aspirations, and potential for success.

    Activating your account:
     

    By registering with the online system you will be able to submit materials for this and all other students who invite you via this email address.

    /@武一 還有你確定你申請的學校需要幾封推薦信的，我試選的東北大學是"Required: 1 Allowed: 2"，是只需要1封，但最多可以遞交2封。

     

    再有，可以再等等，可能有延遲。我的163郵箱，過了大約5分鐘，郵件才來，而且是在垃圾箱里！！qq郵箱的當時就來了，是在正常的收件箱里。

    /@武一 你果然沒有Assigned，添加完推薦人后，close,推薦人旁邊就有assined的按鈕。推薦人添加要小心，修改起來很麻煩。不過Assigned之后可隨時取消。。

    不好意思，我在Manage Recommenders里添加了一個推薦人，但是close之后，回到Recommenders and FERPA界面后，里面的內容沒有變化，沒有看到我添加的推薦人。另外，我的推薦人也沒有收到信。

    會有的，在Assigned的下拉框中可以選。

    但如果你的學校最多只能有2個推薦人而你已經指定了2個推薦人的話，需要刪掉一個才能再選。

If your counselor wishes to submit forms via mail, you can download printable forms that can be completed on paper and mailed to each institution to which you apply.

    /@武一 恰好相反，是最好用eDocs（也就是電子版本）。這個學校用的是Naviance系統向學校上傳成績單、學校報告和推薦信等材料。不是要發紙質郵件，紙質郵件只是說，如果你的班主任/老師只肯（或者說傾向于）用紙質版本的話，那你就用下載、打印PDF郵寄過去。

    確認了，我的學校國際部有這個naviance eDOCs系統, 只是我們非國際部的學生不讓用。是否我只要在common app這個系統里看到有這段話的學校：Your school is using Naviance eDocs for transcripts, school reports, and teacher recommendations.
