精算（Actuarial Science），或稱精算科學、精算學，是一門應用科學，于財務和保險行業應用數學和統計方法，主要用來評估長期風險。精算涵蓋了數個相關領域，尤其是數學的概率論和統計。從事精算的專業人員稱為精算師，而一般需通過各種資格認證考試，如：財險精算協會或精算師協會舉辦的一系列考試。精算師通過分析過去以及現在的數據預測未來的經濟走向，幫助人們理智打理財政。
