德州南方大學（Texas Southern University，縮寫TSU，或稱德克薩斯南方大學）是一所黑人學校，位于德克薩斯休斯敦市，是一所中等大小的公立綜合性大學。
德州南方大學成立于1927年，當時是一所名為休斯敦有色人種學院（Houston Colored College）的私立大學。1947年3月，改為公立財政支持，是休斯敦第一所州立大學，1951年改為先用名。
德州南方大學是美國最大最知名的黑人學校之一，也是德州僅有的四所獨立的公立大學之一。德州共有6個公立大學系統，德州南方大學和另三所公立大學是僅有的四所不隸屬于任一系統的公立學校。同時，德州南方大學也是全美唯一一所被《福布斯》評為全美頂級大學（America's Top Colleges，見參考資料1）的黑人學校。此外，德州南方大學還是馬歇爾大學基金的成員。
