海波特大學（High Point University，縮寫：HPU）是一所中等大小的私立地方性學院，隸屬于衛理宗公會，位于美國北卡羅來納州城海波特，以本科教育為主，同時開設有少量的碩士和博士課程。海波特大學成立于1924年，原名海波特學院（High Point College），1991年正式更名為海波特大學。海波特大學的在2016USNEWS南部地方性學院排名第一位。
學校所在的海波特，是一個人口約10萬的小型城市，與格林波若、溫斯頓-塞納姆（維克森林大學的所在地）共同組成北卡羅來納州的皮德蒙特三角區（Piedmont Triad），都會區人口約108萬。海波特距離這兩個城市均只有20分鐘車程。海波特大學地理位置上位處城郊，占地約380英畝。
海波特大學專業設置偏向商科、人文和藝術專業。商科開設有精算科學，是美國較少開設有這種專業的學校之一，除精算外，會計、市場營銷、工商管理、企業管理等等專業都有開設。海波特大學沒有工程專業，但開設有一個工程學3+2項目，系與范德堡大學、弗吉尼亞理工學院聯合開設，畢業后可以獲得海波特大學和對應學校的雙學士學位
