伊利諾伊理工學院（Illinois Institute of Technology，縮寫IIT）是一所位于美國伊利諾伊州芝加哥市的私立研究型大學，提供的課程包括：工程、科學、心理學、建筑學、商科、傳媒、工業技術、信息技術、設計與法律。

伊利諾伊理工學院由阿芒技術學院（Armour Institute of Technology，成立于1940年）和劉易斯工學院（Lewis Institute，成立于1895年）合并而成。1930年代的經濟大蕭條讓這兩所學院不得不想辦法應對學校積壓的大量債務。1939年阿芒與劉易斯決定合并：1940年在原阿芒技術學院的基礎上正式建立新的伊利諾伊理工學院，而原劉易斯工學院則出售給芝加哥市政府。二戰后，伊利諾伊理工學院發展十分迅猛，先后合并了三所芝加哥地區的學校：1949年合并設計學院（Institute of Design），1969年合并芝加哥-肯特法學院（Chicago-Kent College of Law）、1986年合并中西部工程學院（Midwest College of Engineerin）。1969年建立了斯圖爾特商學院。*(1)

伊利諾伊理工學院擁有五個校區：

主校區：位于芝加哥市，占地120英畝（約0.49平方公里），所有的本科項目以及研究生中的工科、科學、建筑學、傳媒、心理學也是在開設在該校區。

市區校區（Downtown Campus）：位于芝加哥市中心，是商學院、法學院及公共管理課程項目的所在。
